Dr. Taggart-Burns has been active in the Assistance League of Omaha since 2004 and serves as secretary for the Nebraska Dental Association Board of Trustees. Other honors and activities include Editor for the Nebraska Academy of General Dentistry and two terms on the National Council on Membership for the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2006, Dr. Taggart-Burns received the Nebraska Dental Association Outstanding Young Professional of the Year Award.

Dr. Taggart-Burns received her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in July of 2008. This prestigious designation was earned from obtaining over 500 hours in continuing education and taking a rigorous exam. Dr. Taggart-Burns is most proud because this keeps her current on dental issues and new advancements in dentistry. Providing current new treatment to her patients is of utmost importance to Dr. Taggart-Burns, and that is the reason for encouraging continuing education for the entire office.

Larissa (Dental Assistant)
Larissa grew up in Sidney, IA. She attended Iowa Western Community College for her dental training. She resides in the metro with her husband and three sons. Larissa loves helping and interacting with her patients.

Kori (Office Manager)
Kori grew up in Elk Horn, IA. She attended University of Nebraska Lincoln and now resides in Omaha with her husband. Kori's organization and friendliness is so welcome up front.

Marjean (Dental Hygienist)
Marjean grew up in Denison, IA. She attended Iowa Western Community College for her dental training. She is meticulous and will always leave you with a fantastic smile.

Liz (Dental Hygienist)
Liz grew up in Norfolk, NE. She attended Iowa Western Community College for her hygiene training. Her attention to detail and friendliness make her patient’s experience absolutely wonderful.
