What should I do for my first appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment and bring along your dental insurance card(s) if applicable. If you have printed off and completed your new patient paperwork, we will complete your patient profile. If you have not had time to complete the new patient paperwork, this will provide you time to complete these forms here in the office.
How long does the initial appointment last?
The initial appointment will last approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
What should I expect on the first visit?
In most cases, your appointment will include a dental cleaning, any needed dental x-rays and photos, and an evaluation of any existing dental problems and proposed treatment. We are committed to addressing any concerns that you have regarding your dental health and making sure that you completely understand any concerns that we have after a complete evaluation of your mouth.
